360 Properties was founded in 2014 by Director Jamie Luxford, and following the growth of our landlord portfolio, we are now covering property management in all parts of Essex. Our lettings and property management services are completely tailor made to suit each landlord and their investment property.
We understand that a landlords property to rent is their investment, we therefore put everything we can into a smooth tenancy and taking care of their property and tenant. Our aim is to take the stress away from the landlord so they can enjoy the rewards of having an investment knowing that we are taking good care of their property.
